Wine obtained from young Nebbiolo vineyards from Barbaresco. Harvest carried out by hand in boxes at the end of October, the grapes arrived in the cellar are gently pressed, fermentation takes place through the use of indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature with daily pumping over for 20 days. After racking, the wine is put for six months in large Slavonian oak barrels where malolactic fermentation takes place. The color is intense garnet red with the classic aromas of violet and pink nebbiolo. The taste is young but intense with sweet and fine tannins of good weight. This Nebbiolo goes best with meat-based second courses, cold cuts and hard cheeses.
